Return Conditions

• Device must be in original condition with all accessories
• Original packaging preferred but not required
• Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

How to Return

3. Pack the device securely and ship it back
4. Once received, we'll process your refund

Damaged or Defective Items

If your device arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately. We'll send a replacement at no charge and cover return shipping for the defective unit.

Device Replacement

If your Torah Companion device breaks after the return period, contact us. We offer replacement devices with your same configuration. Your Premium subscription transfers automatically to the new device.
